The stone-built Villa Dimilia was made with respect to the rules of the Cycladic architecture and in perfect harmony with the natural environment and this is why the villa is incorporated into the typical landscape of Mykonos. The recently renovated residence complex consists of a main panoramic villa and five studios of 16-person capacity while every time it is exclusively rent to a group of families or friends. Common denominator of each space in Villa Dimilia is the intense Mediterranean aura, the use of the typical stone of Mykonos as well as the modern facilities.
The main panoramic villa includes three spacious rooms with king size beds, three bathrooms, sitting-room, WC and a totally equipped kitchen while it may accommodate up to 6 persons. The prevailing white, the straight lines of the Cyclades, the earthy shades and the strong presence of the local stone and wood compose a setting of high, minimal aesthetics. However, leading star of the villa is the abundant natural light that illuminates every corner, as it comes into right from the large windows. Stand before them, let your eyes travel through the endless blue of the Aegean Sea and gaze at some of the other ten islands of the Cyclades like Tinos, Delos, Paros, Naxos, Syros or the famous sunset of Mykonos and get to experience a unique sensation of serenity.
At the bottom of the main panoramic villa, the five elegant studios of the complex are found, which enjoy the equally enchanting view of the sea. Each one of them has a large room with king size beds and anatomical mattresses, ideal for quality sleeping, welcome area, kitchen of full equipment and a spacious bathroom.
Villa Dimilia has two public parking spots and a private one, Jacuzzi, welcome area, communal outdoor dining table for meal or dinner, small fitness center, ΒΒQ, wood-fired oven, ping-pong table and a flowering garden which we feel really proud of, as our daily occupation and watering procedure is made exclusively using water that is recycled and reused, with respect and sense of responsibility towards the environment and natural resources. Special “section” of this relaxation microcosm forms the idyllic pool with the crystal-clear water which invites you to have a refreshing swim under the blazing sun of Mykonos and surrounded by cozy deckchairs and two outdoor double beds. Note that the pool can work as a heated one as well.
